FOR COMPETITORS(Distant or Local):
I offer a 12 week comprehensive contest preparation program. This will include a nutrition and supplement regimen,2 training sessions per month, e-mailed monthly workouts and cardio programming. Adjustments to this will be made all the way until the date of your show. Also, I will attend your show as long as I am available(Travel fees vary depending on location of show). 
  • One time fee of $350.00(Travel fees separate)
  • Offseason Programs $100 per month($80 for distant clients who do not use the 2 training sessions per month)
